Update** today I had a great experience with customer service! Shawn a CSM knew exactly what to do with no hesitation! Happy to see new faces that are happy to help! I also had a great experience with a wonderful woman in the toy department! I changed my star rating from 1 to 4! These two ladies have given me hope!
